We had to change our reservation at the resort, which caused a bit of hassle. Unfortunately, the increased rate per night led us to cancel, despite our friends being able to keep their booking. I just wish there was better communication regarding the charges for changing dates because we wanted to enjoy our stay at the original price. Overall, I found the planning process frustrating and still waiting for some form of resolution.
